Prior to finding the Alexia brand this was the only fry in town that didn’t contain soy!! These have the softer texture that a crinkle fry has. You can get a bit more crisp by exceeding the cooking time, but the thickness will always keep that soft potato inside! They are delicious and not too oily. I’m grateful that someone was making fries with an oil that wasn’t soy! If you love a good crinkle fry, these qualify.
