Review of Red Wine Vinegar - Pompeian by triciaa
Red wine vinegar is a favorite for adding that delicious flavor to so many dishes. I used a splash in lentil soup or beans to give a little acid to a dish. I sprinkle extra on a salad for a flavor bump. Last night I did a QUICK pickle of some red onions. Rinse sliced onions in boiling water. Mix red wine vinegar, pinch of sugar, splash of olive oil and salt and pepper. Toss every 5-10 minutes while you make the rest of your salad/dinner and enjoy these flavorful beauties on a salad or sandwich. They taste great with a creamy avocado!
