Pretty much just seitan chunks even though they contain ginger and soy sauce. I made pepper steak out of it. I added some Trader Joe’s BBQ aminos and more ginger, onion powder and maple syrup and cooked in an oiled nonstick pan until they were well done. Otherwise they would have been way too bland. Not too high in sodium and 22 gms of protein! Non GMO too.
