 I am definitely on #teamcoconut Someone gave this to me as a birthday present last July. I am very impressed with myself that it has lasted so long. I use it mostly when I make cream for my coffee but have used it for oil pulling, baking, and making toast. it's a great for ganache or caramel sauce. I save the containers for storing nuts bought in bulk.
