Not the best photos, I know, but I didn’t expect this to be so delicious!! Lentil salad (brown + beluga) with red bell peppers, carrots and a tangy - but not overpowering - balsamico dressing. So good! I will definitely buy it again for quick meals on the go. I don’t remember the price now, but it was under 4 euros.
