I love the Just Egg folded plant eggs. They are super expensive, but it’s become a staple in my home. I absolutely adore these for breakfast. 

I usually eat them as is, but they’re a real treat when added to a vegan fakeaway McMuffin 😍 English muffin or toasted ciabatta, tomato sauce, Fry’s Big Fry Boerewors/Burger, vegan cheese and of course a folded plant egg. Delicious breakfast!

I absolutely love Just Egg, too.  I can’t wait to try the folds!  If you ever see the bottle of liquid Just Egg it seems pretty economical.  I’m lucky in that a few more stores in my area carry that one and now the price has gone down.  The folds looks so convenient though!  🌱💚🙌🏼

I’ve never tried the liquid Just Egg 😪 as far as I know, they only stock the folds here in South Africa (but that’s even becoming scarcer lately, so worried they might discontinue it here). I would love to try the liquid someday though, scrambled eggs would be amazing 🤩
