Review of Greek Chickpeas With Parsley & Cumin - Trader Joe's by yarilovezzucchini
i used this can of chickpeas for a quinoa salad and to be honest i didn’t think i needed to spend time making a dressing because this little can packs a good amount of flavor and oil.
i chopped tri-color bell peppers, cucumber, tomatoes, avocado, cilantro, poured in my chickpeas, and mixed in some white quinoa. this is gonna be lunch for the next 3 days but i did end up with leftovers.
i think the chickpeas have a great texture. they don’t feel undercooked or mushy and they have a wonderful flavor. and it made my salad not be dry and boring 🤗
