This was really tasty. I love mint chocolate cookies and this did not disappoint. The ingredients are kind of odd because they're "specialty diet" type ingredients and I didn't realize how much fiber was in it and I ate the whole thing in one sitting. Hopefully I don't get stomach cramps. Maybe worth it though. 😂
