You never know what you're going to find here, food-wise, but you're always guaranteed at least one or two interesting vegan options. You're probably also always guaranteed patchy service, but that's another story. Let's say you do find a table and, more importantly a waiter, you should order this dish if it's on the menu. It's an open-faced sandwich with big chunks of roasted cauliflower in it. There's also pickled lemon and a ton of other spices. Get some chips with it. Perfect.
