Review of Emborg Mozzarella Style Dairy Free Slices - Emborg by kajun23

Had high hopes since their cheddar is great. The texture is creamy though the appearance is pretty strange looking. Taste is fine like cheese but can’t quite get over how it looks. Cold it doesn’t taste great so I tried microwaving. Looks like it’s too transparent. On the plus side it does stretch. More mild tasting than the cheddar and less of a cheesy smell.
