Review of Vegan Egg Mix - Holland & Barrett by gaia-andhercats
The texture is very similar to eggs and works really well in vegan omelettes, tortillas and a replacer in vegan carbonara (we paired it with TH!S isn't bacon and it was really good) but the taste isn't that close (just add some black salt, that does the trick). Nutritionally it's quite good and counts as a protein as it's mostly chickpea flour.
