Benevolent Bacon!! So deeeelicious! I love that it's tangy, and has that "brisket" feel. The smokey flavor is great. I cooked it in the air fryer for 5-7 minutes to make it crispy. I typically add it to baked potatoes, salads, and sandwiches. 💚
