Assuming the serving size amount isnt adjusted, 24mcg (.24) would hardly be beneficial, less than 10% rdi. The %dv listed deceives people. Not a clean ingredient list. Unsustainable packaging. Wouldn't buy this, breakroom find, dont know price.
