Review of Strawberry Cheesecake Sundae at Sugarpine Drive-In by knorthway

Sugarpine always offers a seasonal soft-serve sundae that is vegan. The current Strawberry Cheesecake flavor is a coconut-vanilla soft-serve swirled with strawberry sorbet and then topped with roasted strawberry sauce 🍓 , cardamom graham cracker crunch, and black bottom cashew “cheese” cake. The different textures of creamy & crunchy are so delectable, and I particularly liked the cardamom graham cracker crunch. 😋 The little bites of cheesecake were also perfect in texture & taste. This place is such a treat after a beautiful hike in the gorge. I am very thankful for Sugarpine! 🤤 ☀️ 🌲
