Review of Vegan Bowl with Sofritas AND Plant Based Chorizo at Chipotle Mexican Grill by malarky

Loved this!! The sweet prep guy who took us under his wing for the vegan thing (our first vegan chipotle experience) suggested we could get 50/50 of the two mains which we did – sofritas which are tofu based and chorizo which is dynamite and pea protein based). He explained about the level of spiciness for Rory. He told us all the beans and rice etc are vegan. I loved everyone in the chain of prep that our dishes went through. The food was fresh and hot.

I LOVED the vegan chorizo. I would kill for the recipe!!
