Perfect texture and great flavour! And affordable. Here, a Fry Family Food Co. Big Fry burger, done over the coals, with a slice of @Earth & Co scamorza (italian smoked mozarella) fresh tomato, wilted spinach, onion and air fried enoki, all on a toasted braai broodjie smeared with avocado, served with kumara and mixed tomatoes with garlic, chilli oil and mango chilli balsamic.
