Review of Pancake Shaker Mix - Tesco by southernveganupnorth

I picked this up in anticipation of Pancake Day yesterday. As a South African, these aren’t pancakes to me, they’re crepes but they call them pancakes here and call regular pancakes (🥞) American Pancakes. I digress! I think this is a good idea in theory but the suggestion of shaking vigorously for 1 minute after adding the plant milk doesn’t work. I found the batter still had a lot of lumps regardless of how long I shook it, so I ended up transferring to another container so I could mix it properly. Taste wise, they are ok - don’t really taste like much plain but once you’ve added your toppings, they do the job.
