We got the vegan hotspot with two different types of broth. One extra spicey (spiciest one on the menu) and one medium spice. Ordered 3 different types of noodles and so many different types of veggies on the menu. Tons of veg and alternative protein options as well. So easy for vegans to come and have a fun (and huge) meal. They top off the broth for you when it gets low and allow you to order from an app for ease.
