Review of Tortillas with Quinoa Flour - Trader Joe's by magicmelodia

Quite a decent gluten-free option for tortillas that are made with quinoa flour! It tastes like a regular flour tortilla to me but the texture is a bit tough. If you’re picky about texture then maybe not a great option for you. It’s somewhat hard to bite but it doesn’t bother me much. I like to warm it up in the microwave for about 10-15 seconds or toast it over the stovetop.
