#locallysourced, #minorityowned

We loved this authentic Ethiopian platter consisting of lacy Injera (fermented flat bread), shiro (chickpea sauce), red lentil stew, yellow lentil stew, caramelised beetroot & potato, sukuma (fried kale), kachumbari (tomato, onion, chilli, lemon) and cabbage, potato, carrot. Tribearth is a peaceful cafe in Diani that also sells handmade ethically sourced jewellery. You are made to feel so welcome. Lovely place, lovely people.
