Do you know what the 🦴 are made of and if they’re edible? I agree, not having bones is one of the advantages of being vegan, but it is interesting and creative I guess 😜.

The 'bones' are also from the banana blossom I think! It's just in the core where some bits are super thin and stringy and not the outer skin part

🐟 classic but vegan 🍟

Made with banana 🍌 blossom! 🌼 Quite freakishly similar consistency and texture. Added in the 'bones' as well which was not needed but kinda cool. Bit too greasy tho and my friend had the piece that wasn't as fresh (banana blossom was a bit dark in colour).
