Jolly Llama

This reminds me of the ice cream cones I’d get as a kid from the ice cream truck!

The chocolate ice cream is rich and creamy, and the hard chocolate bits are tasty. The cone was really yummy, too, and has chocolate in the bottom of it.

The caramel made it a bit too sweet for me. I would’ve preferred it to have peanut butter instead 🥜

I’d like to see this made with fair trade cocoa, as the overwhelming majority of cocoa products are a product of slavery and exploitation.

alexsea Also the coconut oil or coconuts may be harvested from enslaved monkeys - the world is just sick. 😑
Coconut oil is unfortunately difficult to replace with other oils because it is more solid than other oils at room temperature.Reply
avecdeschiens Yes, very good point; worth checking with any company who uses coconut ingredients. 💔🐒1 likeReply
alexsea The company Bedda (Germany, vegan cheese products) has written to me that the coconut oil used grant sustainable and not from monkey work.
Will inquire in this regard in the future always with, have unfortunately not thought about it until recently or knew that 😑1 likeReply
