Review of Vegetarian Fried Rice at Hasyida Restaurant by dafnelately
This is not on the menu but a special request to the uncle there 😋 After a couple visits, he got the whole vegan thing and double checked pretty much every thing that went into the #friedrice! Well minus the tomato sauce on the side by Maggi, I’m not sure if that’s actually vegan but then again I don’t vibe with #tomatosauce on rice 😅 It had lots of cauliflower, a frozen vegetable mix, and mustard greens 🥬 with deep fried shallots as a topping 🧅 The rice was nicely spiced and not too salty, loved it quite a bit 😄 Really happy with how I got away with a #veganized non-dish 🍽 #veganuary
