Review of NINNIKU YAKIMESHI (Garlic Fried Rice) at Mitsuba by tabs

This isn’t the garlic fried rice I am looking for. Not highly wok-fried till the grains separate and seared crisply, nor does it have a super garlicky flavour. Grains more sticky instead of separated. It seems to be mixed with other sauces/flavours that tended towards being a tad bit too salty. They automatically add some orange bits which I suspect is roe, so I ordered another portion for myself. Wanted flavoured rice and had to manage with this 🤷🏻‍♀️
