This gorgeous cake is made by a registered & certified home baker. And it was made to order. The cake is made with flaxseed & buckwheat. It’s a blueberry cake with a strawberry frosting. No sugar in the frosting, just pure freeze-dried powdered strawberries. A small amount of maple syrup was used to sweeten the cake. And we loved the fresh fruit.
Quite a dense cake. But so guilt-free!
