Plant-based Sausages Italian

I had a bad experience with plant based sausages a while ago and it put me off from trying other brands for a while, but this one by Tofurky redeemed it! The texture is decent and did remind me of the first plant based sausage I had tried, but the flavor of this one was much tastier and resembled the real thing. Loved tossing some slices of this in the pan and eating it on the side with other breakfast foods!
