I honestly love this saurkraut. You can really tell that they are fermented properly and are NOT commercial product.
They are live and raw so all the good probiotics are in there waiting to reach your gut! It's so important that you keep your microbiome healthy by having probiotics (live microorganisms) and prebiotics (fibers to feed microorganisms). Saurkraut contains both!
Love it on it's own, on bread, salads, with some olive oil.
PLEASE DO NOT COOK IT, as you will kill the live microorganisms!
