Review of Dak-galbi Sauce - Bibigo by kmiiuke

Dak-galbi is definitely one of the favourite Korean foods among foreigners. I haven’t had it in ages (since I lived in Korea and before going vegan so maybe 5 years?) so this was a great find 😊

A sweet and spicy sauce with gochujang, pears and apples to get that Korean flavour. And the best is that it is #accidentallyvegan! Just heat it up and add soy meat or tofu, veggies such as carrot, perilla leaves and cabbage, tteok (rice cakes) if you have, and enjoy! Bonus points if you have some vegan cheese at home, then you can make a delicious cheese dak-galbi 🤤
