Review of Vegan Lekor Stick (Chewy) - ZBlend by dafnelately

In hindsight, why didn’t I think of treating this as a sausage for at least one meal 😐 It kinda looks the part, either that or 💩 Per not the instructions, I cooked them for 15 minutes in the lockdown oven thing everyone got. Air fryer? The result is a little chewy but not too different to the real thing. It’s nowhere near as fishy, but I’ll admit it hits the spot, and I don’t mean that lightly 😛 I’m actually pretty serious about my #keropoklekor 🐟 They didn’t hold up too well overnight in the fridge once cooked, becoming way too hard. That said I was able to repurpose them as #fish slices and top my noodles with them 😋 Can’t wait to try the gluten-free ones next! #veganisnotscary
