Sushi Saturday. Made some mango avocado cucumber sushi rolls tonight that were really delicious.

These Sushi Nori sheets are so great. They are easy to roll up, and are hardy enough that I didn’t have any rip on me. I’ve been using this brand for years, because they taste great and they’re super cheap for what you can make out of a package. I love that I can eat restaurant quality sushi at home without serious cash. I love getting sushi at restaurants too, but love that I can eat one of my favorite foods easily and for basically a couple dollars. Just cook your sushi rice, chop your fillings, and roll!

timvegmalone It’s definitely one of my favorite cheap, easy, and delicious meals! These simple fruit & veg 🥭🥒🥑 combinations are sometimes just as great as the complex rolls. Though your tofu crab and eggplant eel would sound pretty amazing! I bet that was a process! 😆 1 likeReply
