Review of Shitake mushrooms - unverifiable by ecobunny

Another cheap 'n cheerful buy from the Chinese Supermarket at the Carriera Centre, Johannesburg. 100gms of dried shitake mushrooms for R48, which I think is rather good. Drawback is that you've no idea of quality control. I usually soak and wash thoroughly before use in any stir fry or soup.
