Review of Mozzarella Shreds - Violife by ingridpar

my favourite cheese brand ever.
i love these mozzarella shreds as they are a perfect topper to any pasta recipe, a burrito or in a quesadilla, if you get the slices then in a sandwich or grilled cheese, ugh heaven.
you can find them anywhere now which i love, even in walmart and they are a decent price considering the bag lasts me months.
the taste is subtle but creamy and isn’t salty or anything which i find can sometimes be a problem. i would say it tastes like mozzarella for sure, but maybe not on a pizza? i dont know, never tried it.
they melt pretty well - i included a before and after, dont come for me i dont like a lot of cheese. they hold their shape as the melt but definitely do melt and have a nice pull to them, so be careful and don’t “wait” for them to melt because you think that they are still solid… they are not lol.
i love these shreds and the cheddar ones so much, and a combination of the two flavours is my favourite thing. i will probably never stop buying these because it is just so convenient, easy and comforting to not only taste but also see the sprinkling of cheese on top of my dishes because that garnish is something i missed for a little while.
