18/90 I’ve seen other vegans getting into arguments online about whether or not we should be supporting McDonald’s by buying the McPlant and while I understand why some object, I think it’s important to throw our support behind initiatives like this so that they stay on the menu and give non-vegans the opportunity to try it out and see that 1, we’re not surviving on ‘rabbit food’ alone and 2, they don’t have to give up the tasty junk food they love. That said, taste wise, this is delicious and very beef like, and I know that will be very confronting to those who didn’t like the taste of meat before veganism.
