Review of Livewell baked beans in tomato sauce - Livewell by ecobunny

The humble baked bean. Cheap and cheerful, packed with protein. Unfortunately also packed with sugar these days, but I'm not complaining...really. The PnP home brand, still affordable at R9.99. Added to soups provides a warming and comforting bowl of yummy. As easy as chopping onions, carrots, cabbage, garlic, soup mix, a few herbs, and a spot of gochuchang for spicey heat. Delish. Presentation always takes a back seat to this no-nonsense brand, but that's OK. The price is right, as is the protein packed power-bean that comes in it. Now this, is #veganisnotscary to a 'tooting' (lol) 'T'.
