Chips for dinner because I was too tired to cook. Sad, sad, sad.

These are great! Really simple organic ingredients for a snack food. Nice crunch. Love the addition of chia seeds.

Not as sweet as some of the other sweet potato chips out there. There is a nice balance between the corn and the sweet potato.
