Review of Bucatini - Barilla by millyb
A thicker noodle than regular pasta, and that’s what I didn’t like. Maybe we made a too thin sauce, but it felt like I was only eating thick chewy pasta. You also need a massive pot to cook them since they take a while to soften and completely submerge in the water, otherwise they’ll cook a bit unevenly.
