Thank you :)! I just picked this up from Coles in the ‘Asian food’ section. 

Shinsho Shiro Miso

Made a yummy miso ramen with Hikari Shinshu Shiro white miso (swipe to see packaging). This miso is super yummy - it’s made in Japan and definitely tastes authentic. Makes for a great base to noodle soups, but also nice on its own. #veganisnotscary
