HOMESOY

So apparently there are 2 original variants of this #soymilk? This being the unsweetened one with “30% less sugar”? Erm yeah it’s really unsweetened and bland 😐 but honestly no complaints. If you need soy milk, this does the trick. It’s literally as per product packaging as it could be. #ditchdairy

elej91 The blue one is the no sugar added one, the green one is sweetened one.Reply
dafnelately What’s odd is that there’s this “asli” no sugar added version but there’s also another “asli” with a green strip that says it has 30% less sugar implying some reference model that these two are based off of? 😅 I love marketing.Reply
elej91 Yeah, you are right that in malaysian food regulations, there has to be a reference model to make a 'reduced' claim. It is only the green one with the less sugar claim, so that implies that it is comparing to a previous recipe that had more sugar. I agree that the abillion listings should differentiate between the green and blue pack though; like 'Original', and 'Original- No Sugar Added', since it makes it a little difficult to tell apart by name.1 likeReply
