Review of Sautéed Wing Beans Salad at Coriander Leaf @ Singapore Polo Club by vikas

My new favorite salad in Singapore and it’s served hot! I’ve never had wing beans before this but have gone back 4x for this! Wing beans are this extraterrestrial space vegetable that’s long, thin and green and shaped like a shooting star. They finely chop them and then sauté with onions, mustard oils and chili and sprinkle with lime to give it an awesome kick.

I had this dish at a restaurant located at the Singapore Polo Club. It’s a beautiful old world club that my friend is a member of and it has a gorgeous green polo field that’s beautiful at sunset. They have amazing vegan options but I wouldn’t ever ride a horse given my values. I wonder if coming here is wrong. What do you think?

euvivoparacomer @vikas I believe we must be close to those we want to influence.
A Polo club seems like a good place to raise awareness.
As well as accepting the invitation of friends to a party where there will be a barbecue. You will arouse curiosity and may have the opening to plant a good seed through example or a conversation.
It always start by someone asking you:
- Why don't you eat meat? 😊4 likesReply

earthling-joel Honestly… I don’t watch the news so I wouldn’t know. This whole covid business doesn’t worry me in the slightest. 😊1 likeReply
