VEGAN

Sundae Skin Co

The main attraction for this body butter is definitely the way it looks so it makes a pretty great gift item. In terms of how good it is, its much harder in texture than expected however it spreads just fine once you put it on your skin. Because of this, it lasts a lot longer than expected. However, its oily and while you can't really feel that its on, you can feel the oiliness when you touch your skin. In terms of scent, it alternates between citrus and rose water depending on the colour of the section you chose. As for other advantages, the product is made locally in South Africa, all the ingredients are natural (and vegan obviously), the packaging is eco friendly (glass and metal container and the product is delivered in a cardboard box) and its cruelty free (not BWC certified however). And despite it saying collagen boost (collagen is generally non-vegan), there is no collagen listed in the official ingredients on the website. All in all, its more of a novelty product rather than a utility product unless you want to pay more than R200 for each 212 ml bottle on a regular basis.
