These are probably my favorite store-bought cookie. If there was a way to give them six or seven stars, I would do it. Notice that the bag is empty? I love these cookies so much they barely make it home. For a vegan cookie that fudge is quite creamy and chocolatey. It's got a nice Crunch and a nice ratio of peanut butter to cookie and chocolate. They do melt easily, but we usually keep ours in the refrigerator. We have learned to buy a packet for each individual in the household.
