Review of Tracy’s Favourite Salad at Privé Jewel Changi Airport by windgal

This is a 100% a salad lover's dream 🥗. Visually appealing with a good variety of colourful components. Delicious hummus and dressings. The crunchy nut bits added interest to the texture.
I ordered the same dish at 2 different outlets. The salads were prepared slightly differently (The quinoa from the jewel outlet came plain. If my memory serves me right there was also no broccoli 🥦 unlike the Chijmes outlet)
