Review of Cheddar Slices - Violife by chad-
I definitely did like the texture and flavour, it shocked me how much it like cheddar it tasted. I've used Violife cheddar cheese slices about 3 times. It is a bit pricey, but so is real cheese! Of course it doesn't melt, because of the type of protein in plants that doesn't allow the cheese to melt.
I'd recommend it to my best friend.

samwisesamgee If making burgers on stovetop I have a helpful tip to try: when there is about 3 mins left to finish cooking the burgers add a slice onto the tops of the patties and place a lid over the pan. Melty goodness. Also works when cooking in the oven too, minus the lid of course. 😎2 likesReply
chad- Hey Sam! Yes I have actually tried that with the burgers and made a lasagna in the oven! It definitely becomes melty, I should have worded it a bit better 😅 but I get what you're saying! 1 likeReply
