veggieassassin I personally try to stay away from the "boosted" orange juices that contain vitamins for insurance Vitamin D. Vitamin D fortified foods either contain D2 or D3 which Vitamin D2 is vegan friendly but D3 can be derived from animal sources. Some can also contain fish oil or fish gelatin 😟 I just stay away from extra ingredients when it comes to orange juice 😆2 likesReply
