Review of Seasoned fried bean curd - Assi by ftc
These tasted great filled with homemade mock crab , however the shape and size made it difficult to plate nicely so it looked a bit messy .
I also did not like that it cames in one big pack so you have to make all of it once you open the pack , our usual brand comes in small packs of 4 pieces in each individual pouch
Not sure that I would buy again

ftc I used crushed chickpeas with some vegan Mayo , sriracha sauce , dill , nori and salt and pepper to taste …. I know you can also use furikake seasoning but I haven’t used that before so not sure 1 likeReply
