I almost forgot it’s #throwbackthursday 😱 I apparently decided to finally take a nice photo of this meal in January 2019. It’s another item that no longer seems to be on their menu #abillionhacks but I can’t even seem to tell if the restaurant is still around! Let’s hope they are so I still have something vegan to eat at Hinbus depot 😭 I had no idea what zoodles even were until I tried this & since then I’ve loved making them myself! Like their rendang, this stuff blew my mind by just how awesome it was. #veganin2021
