It’s honestly just like their regular hardened #tofu, albeit a tad saltier 😄 It works better for brothy dishes or soups where regular tofu won’t absorb any of the taste and feel out of place, being slightly sweeter, unless of course your soup were sweet 🍲 I’ve really enjoyed it in curry noodles and miso soup for example and while it still works well in a tofu scramble, you will have to adjust the salt accordingly. #veganin2021
