Review of lash/brow designer - Catrice Cosmetics by vanpanda

this is a tranparent gel that i use to get my eyebrows in order. i have kind of long and thick eyebrows and therefor i need something to keep them in place. i used a different brand before and this one sure isn't as good as the other one i used to have, but definitely good enough to buy it again. i think it cost something around 3 euros.
it doesn't say it's vegan on the packaging, but it is labelled vegan on their website.
