5 out of 5 for this one. I love this soo much! The taste is amazing, the nutritional value is insane because this little box packs a whopping 7G of protein, 0 cholestrol, and has only good fats like (polyunsaturated and monounsaturated) It's not vegan because it contains honey but a little won't harm anyone
