These are a hit. I don’t think people would be able to tell they’re meat-free! Great as a party food or for kids, too. The corn bread batter has a hint of sweetness, as you’d expect from corn; on the inside, the not-a-real frankfurter is juicy. Super easy preparation too — pop them in the oven, done. Will buy again!
